How it Works
Depending on the work and the type of stucco finish you're looking for, there is different methods to getting your stucco needs done. Reach out to us at (928) 899-9994 if you have any questions about the process.
Step 1: Evaluation
We're going to walk your home and personally speak to you about what you want done. Whether it is new construction or remodel, we'll take our time and figure out what your needs are and how to accomplish them.
Step 2: Prep Work
Once we've gone over everything you want (or need) done, then we'll get to getting our hands dirty. We start off with setting up scaffold for any high areas and begin either prepping the surface for new stucco or begin lathing your newly built home.
Step 3: First Coat
If you're remodeling your home then we will begin with layering on a cementitious base with mesh embedded into it. That first layer will prevent any further water damage or cracks from reappearing.
If it is new construction then we will start with a fiber reinforced cementitious layer. This is called the "brown coat".
Step 4: Time for Finish!
Depending on what kind of look you're wanting for your home, there are plenty of styles you can chose from. We have many samples for you to look at, from synthetic to sand, lace, and even Monterey finish! Shoot us an email to discuss what your options are.
Step 5: Wrapping Up
Now all that is left to be done is detail work. We will walk your newly finished home with you and talk about anything else you may want done. This is where we clean up our mess and make sure it looks like we were never there (apart from your new beautiful home!).
