Yes, new builds are a core part of our work. We take a home from bare framing to a finished shell: weather barrier and lath set clean, a fiber-reinforced brown coat for strength, and the finish coat of your choice, synthetic or traditional. We work directly with builders and with homeowners, and we hold an active AZ ROC CR-36 plastering license for residential and commercial work.
A repair fixes a spot: a crack, a patch, water damage or a remodel tie-in, matched to your existing texture and color so the fix disappears. A restucco resurfaces the whole house: we embed reinforcing mesh in a new base coat over your existing stucco, then apply a fresh finish in the texture and color you want. If cracking is widespread or you want a new look, a restucco is usually the better value.
Synthetic/acrylic and traditional cement finishes in the full range of Northern Arizona textures: sand float, lace, Monterey and the smooth santa-fe look. Any color, including custom color matching to your existing stucco or your builder's spec.
Yes. Our crew has stuccoed grocery stores, hotels and professional offices across Northern Arizona, including Bashas' in Sedona, the Gateway Hotel in Williams and the Prescott Area Association of Realtors building. We're licensed for commercial plastering (AZ ROC #366322, CR-36) and we keep commercial schedules.
